Account Deletion
Use this page if you want to request deletion of your Drivergy account and cannot access the mobile app or website dashboard.
Important
- Your deletion request will be reviewed before it is approved.
- When approved, your active account access and core profile data are removed from active systems.
- Some payment, tax, support, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records may be retained where required.
If you can still access your account, you can also request deletion from the Drivergy app or your website dashboard profile page.
For faster processing, include the phone number and any details that help us identify the correct account.
