- Lesson, Plan, and Support Data: Plan selection, lesson requests, trainer assignment, slot selection, quiz activity, wallet and referral activity, notifications, support tickets, complaint submissions, and related service records.
- Technical and Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser or app version, crash or diagnostic signals, push notification tokens, and usage logs required to operate and secure the service.
- Payment Data: We may store payment-related metadata such as order IDs, transaction IDs, payment status, amount, refunds, and reconciliation records. Full card or bank credentials are handled by our payment partners, not stored directly by the app.

- Assigned Service Partners: If you are a learner, we may share relevant information such as your name, phone number, location or pickup details, and lesson context with your assigned trainer or driving school. If you are a trainer, some professional details may be shown to assigned learners or schools.
- Service Providers: We may share data with vendors and providers that support authentication, database hosting, cloud storage, document handling, notifications, payment processing, and email delivery. They may process data only to provide services to Drivergy.
- Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, regulatory request, fraud investigation, safety review, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of users, Drivergy, or others.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for account management, lesson operations, support, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate business records.
- Users can request account deletion from the app, from the website dashboard, or through our public Account Deletion page.
- When a deletion request is approved, core account profile data and authentication access are permanently removed from active systems.
- Certain records such as transaction, tax, compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or support records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
- Secure backups and system logs may take additional time to expire based on backup rotation and operational needs.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may review or update parts of your account information through Drivergy. If you cannot access your account, you can contact us to request help with correction, deletion, or privacy-related questions.
